Dining at the Badminton Retreat

The Badminton Retreat restaurant will be serving a selection of hearty breakfasts, delightful lunches and divine dinners.  A place to relax, refuel and discuss the exciting events of the day.  Our amazing on site chefs have created enticing menus to suit all palates from wonderfully fresh local ingredients.

After a long day exploring Badminton, evenings offer a chance to meet some of Badminton’s VIPs.  Have your questions answered, rub shoulders with and enjoy supper with riders, owners, commentators, course designers, vets and more…

Breakfast Menu

 

Available 7.30am – 10.30am

Award winning breads from Hobbs Bakery, brioche, sourdough, rye, pastries & croissants

all served with Somerset butter and Daylesford preserves

Traditional Cotswold porridge, cereals, granolas

all served with Yeo Valley yoghurt, honey, Cheddar strawberries and a selection of milks and fruit 

All available buffet style at £9.50 per head

Lightly crushed avocado on toast with cherry tomatoes and a free-range Burford Brown poached egg   £12

Freshly fried American style pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup  £12

Eggs Royal, served on an English muffin,

 Two poached eggs, smoked salmon & hollandaise sauce  £15

Retreat Full English Breakfast

Somerset pork sausages, smoked back bacon, Portabello mushrooms, baked beans, beef tomato, local black pudding and a choice of fried, scrambled or poached Burford brown eggs   £15

Please help your self to fruit, cereals, baked goods & juices from the buffet. Tea and coffee will be offered at the table.

Charcuterie board sharing platter, chorizo, Serrano ham, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives & crusty bread  £12 for 2 people

Ploughman’s Lunch

Cornish Yarg, Dorset Blue Vinney, Somerset Capricorn Goats Cheese, Somerset Cheddar, breads, biscuits, grapes, crudité and pickle £12
